At our first general interest meeting, the finance club introduced its members to FMA prospects.  Our advisor Dr. Van T. Nguyen also introduced himself while providing information pertaining to careers in finance.  We also discussed the past and future events and activities of the club and presented information to students about the benefits of being a part of the organization.  We broke the ice of the meeting by having an interactive discussion of what students feel finance is, and giving insight to how broad and how much you can achieve with a career in finance.  The meeting wrapped up with questions and answers.
